ICGC Youth stands in solidarity with the recent tragic murders of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, and countless others. Unfortunately, racial injustice and police brutality are very prevalent issues in our country today and we strongly urge people of all races to take measures to combat these issues in our country by sharing educational resources, having open discussions, and taking action to bring change.

As a Muslim Ummah we strive to foster a sense of inclusivity and we openly welcome people of all races and ethnicities. We created this collective in hopes to educate, raise awareness, give back, and showcase the harsh realities many people in our country face.

We would like to express our sincerest condolences to the Floyd, Taylor, and Ahmaud families, and anyone else who have lost their lives to racial injustice. We pray to see a day where people of all races will be treated as equals.
